I don't think John is planning on doing it at the shop in Charlestown, but one (or more) of us should call and ask. If there is enough interest he just might do it.

If you are not interested in a post why not just move on. Blake was just letting people know about a fishing related event, take it or leave it.

I too try to send my money at local shops, but a deal is a deal, pretty much everyone is effected with todays market in one way or another.

I defiantly agree with you on supporting your local tackle shop and thats exactly why i am trying to inform people about this, because there are quite a few people on this site in the CT area not just NY.

But the other statements you chose to type out are completely off and on needed in this forum. First of all typing and responding to your non needed reply is a waste of time. Welcome to the site and thanks for contributing to this forum. What would we have done with out you informing us about how you are not going to waste your time on something that did not directly apply just to you. Once Again welcome to the site you have contributed greatly so fare keep up the necessary posts

First of all I was not trying to start an argument in the first place on this thread. I was trying to let some local fishermen know about the sale and how you are able to buy and sell some equipment that is no longer used or possibly people would be interested in selling there equipment and upgrading. But you had to jump on at first and bash on how useless and how it is a waste of time going. Great if you think that, it is unnecessary to post and inform us on how you have better things to do then going to a tackle shop in a different state and looking threw some great equipment at a great deal. It is not needed on a great fishing site.
People like you doing this just ruins this web site by making unnecessary comments which are not needed. This defiantly makes the site less enjoyable. People like you doing this chases allot of people away with some great info. People don't even bother sharing on this site because they do not want to deal with people like you making remarks that are unnecessary like you have done. This is what splits Noreast from other websites, the bashing and non needed comments. Next time i have a report or hopefully something that can benefit at least one person on the site along the way. I will not bother sharing that info because of users like you ruin and brake apart this site.

Thanks to the rest of the people on Noreast that have helped me greatly on here. I have learned a great deal of info on this site and if there is any way i could help you guys out in any way or repay you let me know.

Blake, Just want you to know that even though his posts have been deleted, I can tell that this guy is a rogue. I wish we had more New England representation on this site & I find most of the NY and NJ crowd appreciate our presence. I know a bunch of guys who stay away from this site due to the nonsense that goes on, and that's just a shame. Obviously it's worth sticking around here to learn what everyone else is doing and pick up new tricks to try.

I do most of my shopping at J&B and I know that they give me a very good deal and personal service and expertise that make it way better than walking into any old shop where they don't know me or shopping online.
