Spent some time yesterday evening at the North Channel Bridge from 2pm-9pm. No luck for me, but I saw a +32" bass hoisted all the way up to the rail just prior to high tide, then snap the 8 lb. test and drop back into the bay with the hook and sinker still attached to it. Crying shame... Also saw two additional bass come up, 27" each. All three fish were caught on clams. The bunker were jumping all over the place as well, starting just before sundown. Beautiful day and night to be out. The place was packed, though. <like href="http://www.noreast.com/postedreports/view.cfm?id=30898" send="false" show_faces="false" width='layout="button_count"'></like> |
