Today will be a Trip I will never, ever forget. Went out with my buddy Dominic today hoping to experience the action I've been getting the last 7 days. Spent over $100 bucks hoping all these plugs & swimmers would work. I was amazed with all the fish we were greeted with right from the start and even all the way to the end of the trip. We caught 10 KEEPERS up to 25 POUNDS & probably at least 40 shorts. I even made a phone call & put my buddy KEV from BOATS & SPRO's on the meat too ! Gave him a bunch of my plugs and he did damage! It was LOCK AND LOAD and these fish were exploding under the birds EVERYWHERE !!!!! I even gave 2 Fish to boaters because they were inhaling the plugs so bad and getting gut hooked. I think the overcast all day made the trip. Shout out to the guy who got the 42inch next to me on the troll. I think it is fair to say it will be very hard to top this trip & this was one for the books.
