went to the park at the end of jamaica bay and found 10 guys fishing.they were keeping everything they caught (stripers) short or large it didnt seem to matter to them. i tried to educate these people on the laws of bass fishing,,,,, but in one ear and out the other so if any one knows how to contact the proper authorities please do .
