I second this recommendation. I've stayed at Cheeca and the place is top notch!

I stayed last may at the Gulfview Resort in Grassy Key nice enough place resonablly priced I would stay there again on a fishing trip. there is not much beach in the keys so I wouldn't say it's a family vacation spot but the fishing can be great.
