Only a true altruistic man of the people like Obama would organize something like this. Grandiosity is not in his creed.

Maybe they sould make a film of it and call it
"Triumph of Change"...

Look familiar???

Freddy that's the first picture that came to my mind.

Comparing Obama to Hitler....

Stay Classy Republican Base

What's the problem with Dems being excited by their candidate for a change?

Don't be such a hater because McCain can hardly fill the local VFW hall.

A - They are always excited about their candidate! It is their chances they are sometimes less than excited about.

B - Well see if they manage to get things fired up in the twin cities soon enough.

Any predictions on Obama's Bounce from the election?

There is a huge difference between being excited, and grandstanding.
Don't try to spin my post. I made no such comparisons of the two.
My thoughts about Obama and the DNC'S "Big Event" tonight were not at all dubious in that post. Others even had the same thoughts.

Given the climate in Germany in 1934 most, if not all of that crowd, had no hint of what what was to come from him.
Same can be said for your candidate today.

1934 was propaganda on a massive scale, no one can tell me that tonights event does not compare.

Oh and btw Mr McCain would have no trouble filling a few hundred VFW halls in this Country, of that there is no doubt.

The election or the convention?

Personally, I am not a big believer in polling. Especially at this stage of the game.

For starters, half the time when you read the details of a poll you find out that it was conducted by calling 30 people.

I also wonder who it is they are polling. I have asked a lot of people and I have never met anyone who has been polled. Has anyone here ever been contacted for one of these polls?

No spin...you said it yourself.

Stick to posting your Rev. Wright photos and making your ridiculous assessment that Obama is not patriotic enough because he did not place his hand on his heart during the Anthem.

PS> On a side note...did you notice how many of the athletes at the Olympics didn't do the same? Those unpatriotic a-holes!

the only thing that is ridiculous is your egocentric candidate, who rejects common symbols of patriotism for his own "branding".
It is very clear that Obama's agenda is his driving force here.

Maybe I should stop posting that pic, but I won't, because I think Scott likes it, :)
and because it speaks for itself (a pic is worth a thousand words).
Besides I have to keep up with edvac and his posts of McCain snoozing.

Which one should I post next? My personal favorite is the one with The Most Reverend Wright...

baaaaaaawwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

Here is a little bite on the pin issue....another one of my personal favorites...maybe some of the Liberals out there can give us some good spin on the pin too...
:)
