Went out solo this morning at 5:30. Wind against tide so I figure I would hit the ocean for a bit. Ocean was nasty first thing in the morning. Caught 1 blue and missed 2 hits. Headed in when the tide changed and it was blues by the truck load. I could see blues swimming all under and around the boat. Every cast had blues from 4lb to 11lb. I would reel as fast as I could and bluefish would jump completely out of the water trying to strike my lure. I was able to land 1 Bass around 33 inches. Great fight it was but back in it went. Found more blues back before I headed in. Alot of weeds to deal with today. Need a couple of tides to clean out the bay and inlet.
