Some may know me from other sites or from fishing together (clam breath lol) live in nyc/mtk...fished the viking alot last two years since im out a school, and the fam is good friends of mine.

been lurking a few days, never knew this forum was here, like how serious about the game everyone is.

wanted to say this just since he got to ragging and bragging abit though i do respect him as a fisherman.

mr wheeler....me and my friend (u will remeber who we are eventually) outfished you more then once last year
:) lol but i will give u the credit for being diehard jig and schooling me a few times youself....and while we r deffinetly of the group that just wants meat in the boat, we would always rather get them on the jig (or hand fed chunk on a spinning rod ;) )

my only question is what were you thinking 2 years ago when you took your crazy jigging setup and tried to snag a 300lb swoard that was circling the boat????

all in good fun looking foward to throwing ideas around with the guys here!

I hope you have fun here to discuss about jigging and talk about jigging. :) We respect each other though we have different opinions and different ways of fishing. It is OK to boast ourselves as it is fisherman's right. :) I seldom compete with other fishermen as I am usually too busy to compete with fish. And it is nothing new I got beaten by many novice fishermen. Once someone claims that he outfish everybody, I know he doesn't fish long enough. :)
Jigging is not to catch more fish than others, but to enjoy yourself by giving actions you like and by trying to outwit fish.
