Decided to do some more recon around the area. Took some side scans of shagwong reef, phelps, Montauk shoal, cartwright, frisbees, and a few wrecks. Didn't see much life, but a few times I did. Figured I would play with a jig tipped with clam just for practice but only brought up what i sent down. Was very calm and serene on the water. Water was almost 49. With the air temps growing the fish should be coming along with the evening fog.
In case anyone is interested in knowing the trawlers were along the south side, town to point, in shallower water (40ish-60ish)
