Insanity of the Black Sea Bass regulations continues to chock NYS fishing

All BSB need to still be an incredible 15

June 27 - Aug 31 limit to THREE fish. Is that insane for a species so abundant it is a nuisance. You kill more than this just because they won't stay off your hook.

Sept 1 - Oct 31 Eight
Nov 1 - Dec 31 Ten

where did you see this proposal? There were no options proposed at the last MRAC meeting on Tues.
