Put the boat in for the season yesterday. Wasn't really prepared to do some fishing but took a ride thru the inlet, saw no surface activity, inside or out. Did a couple of drifts and casts on the backside of field 2 w/ some tins and bucktails. No hookups, but did get to see a small schoolie bass twitching up at the surface that was missing the last third of its body, little doubt a blue attack buy the look of the injury.
So I would say the bass and blues were there even though we had no hookups! Soon as this wind gives in we'll try again. GL all.
