I think I will give it a try.

My montra will be

Catch a striper tiny clouser (to the tune of Elton John's Tiny dancer)

I know it's dumb, but I'm excited...and dumb.

Did you get out? How did you do? The fish are in as you can see by these pictures(edited the pictures to protect the face's of the innocent) taken while wading from the shore.
Most were small like these.

Some were better in size and took the fly aggressively.

I did get out this afternoon, for about an hour and did not have the incredible luck you had.
