Because the bosses don't speak spanish they're fired..............because it's now a requirement to communicate bilingually.................but the firefighter / employees are not required to meet that same standard.............

I heard today that the physical center at Harvard now has women-only use hours 3 days a week. This was at the request of 6 Islamic woman.

I don't have a problem with that per se (though there aren't any men-only hours 'cause I'm sure that would be descriminatory). But the reason they asked for it was on religous basis.

Imagine if a devoute Catholic or Orthodox Jewish group of students had asked for same-sex only hours. At best they'd be ignored, at worse told it would be descrimination. But when the Islamics asked it was done promptly.
