I have an '88 Aquasport with a 200hp Merc. I have a slight drip (leak) in the steering sleeve between the feeds. In other words, I have two feed hoses that are connected to the sleeve. It is dripping from where the sleeve is connected to the feed bracket arms, not from the hoses (don't know how else to describe it). I have tightened the connections as much as possible but the drip is from the sleeve. It is not cracked as far as I can see.
Does anyone know if I can replace the sleeve? Or do I need to replace the whole unit which is original? The label as best I can read it says Morse Controls. Anyone hear of them? I'd like to investigate repalcing the whole unit. thanks
