Hello everyone,

I just purchased an offshore rig so to speak. The setup is a Penn Senator Baja Special reel matched with a Seeker BA 50 7' rod.
I mostly fish inshore however, I wanted to take the next step and I would like your input as to which species I can target and land with this particular set up.

Many thanks to all,
Dan

I never fished Penn Senators offshore but I know they account for many noticeable catches. If you spool up 30lb test thats 375 yards. You could take it sharking and have a good time catching small-medium sized sharks. Probably a suitable setup for schoolie tuna as well.
