Question???

I just got my VS 250 back from the yearly service. I bought the reel in the start of least season. Now, VS had to replace the line roller?? Is that common?? Am I doing something wrong?? I am using braided line or was it just one of those things? Any feedback?? Thanks Guys, Gene

probally nothing wrong...if you had a groove they will replace it..and it is common for braided line...just make sure the roller spins with ease..
