Took a ride to Horton's and was pleasantly suprised by a solid bite despite the nasty conditions. Blues to ten pounds and lots of 27-31 inch bass. Most fish on big slug-o's fished with a fish-finder and deep diving metal lips. The bass really turned on around the slack tide. Saw some guys chunking with not too much success. Bluefish were spitting up squid like crazy. Time to start the annual calamari hunt. UMMMMM UMMMMM good, love that Calamari.
