Hi Guys,

its been a while. Has anyone ever been to Egypt? We're thinking of going to the red sea for our honeymoon (Hilton Hurghada Long Beach Rst) i've read reviews and so far its "ok". I'd love to feedback from you guys. Or, if you would like t share where you went.

we looked into Bora Bora, Bali, Thailand and Greece- all out of our budget at this time.

Honeymoon/ Funeral????

OH GOD. Thanks for sharing Tog!! im hoping not to go back to the drawing board. I really hope not. i think thats like saying funeral/gun shots in Bayonne NJ for someone considering NYC as a honeymoon spot (i hope). I read the state dept website and yes there are some concerns, but isolated. the resort it self is highly secure....

DON'T GO TO AN ISLAMIC COUNTRY FOR IT!!!!

Maybe if you speak the language and can blend in, but americans are all targets of opportinity in the middle east. Only takes one.

Vegas is cheap.And there is so much to see,

(we don't).We had booked a expensive cruise, but just a month before the wedding we bought a house

so the cheapest place we found was vegas.

If you really want to save a ton of money, book a one way ticket to vegas and get the F--- on that plane the day before the wedding

Hawaii
We went there and had a great time. And It's Still America
The people are very friendly and you can't beat the views.

I wann go back.

If you want warm weather and tropical ocean, you can't beat Hawaii. Some beautiful places once you get outside Hanolulu and/or off Oahu.

And of course we can trust everything the state dept says. Right?

What about the Florida Keys?
Stay near Baja Honda. It's the nices beach in all of the keys and tropical and in the USA!!!!
It's also 1 of the top 10 beaches.
Excellent fishing too!!!
And nudies in the dunes

spoke with some co-workers today and i'm going to look into greece now- Santorini or Mykonos, no clue where it is on the map but i heard its beautiful.

Crabman, which beach is that in Hawaii? beautiful!!!

we've been to vegas and the keys already. trying to do something "exotic, romantice, secluded blah blah blah" you know...

This is my only responsibility . She is taking care of EVERYTHING else.

My wife and I went to Hawaii last year on our honeymoon and it was awesome. You are still in America- there might not be a prettier place on the planet. Plenty to do or nothing to do. And it isn't as expensive as I thought it would be. You can go outside the resort areas for dinner etc. and you are just in another town in America-price wise that is. GL

The lagoon is Hamnanuma Bay. Its an underwater park, great place for snorkling. Its on Oahu a short drive from Honolulu.
