Does anyone know of a website dealing with instruction on piloting(chartwork)I need to learn how to navigate without using nav. instruments gps etc.My work schedule does not allow time to attend any of the power squadron, seaschools etc.any tutors out there?

Just pick up a copy of the piloting bible, "Chapman's Piloting" . It has long been recognized as the definitive navigational learning tool.
Also, on the Sea School website there are links to home study courses.

I used the houston marine training home study course to get my Capt.'s license. A lot of that course has to do with navigation.
