hey guys,
was talking with a good friend today who is currently produceing some of the more popular surf tins on the market. while i will leave his name out of this for now he asked if i could inquire as to your thoughts on a high quality hamered.

for the moment i suggested one size, an 8oz that would be prerigged with a high quality barrel swivel and a hook like the gamu live bait...apx 9/0.

is there anything else you would suggest for such a jig? would you prefer a different configureation? most importantly if availible would this be something to be added to your arsenals?

I suggest to buy a few hammered diamond jigs from different makers and see whether there is any improvement.
Some are good quality and some are not, but I don't see any difference of catching abilities among different hammered diamond jigs except eyes of poor quality jigs got opened a few times.
