I hate that Militia crap !

In the old days, People needed guns to hunt , to fight off Indians etc. , do you think the founding fathers wanted only the militia to have guns ? I hope the supreme court settles this issue once and for all.

WE are the militia....the citizenry are the militia....just as the minutemen were the militia.

To protect against oppression from 'within and afar'.
'Within' meaning OUR OWN government.
'Afar' meaning FOREIGN governments.

Our founding fathers understood these TWO threats....our current citizenry seems to only understand the latter.

This case has nothing to do with 'self-defense' per se.....it has everything to do with the Constitution of the United States of America.
