Looking for boats that are not too far from New Brunswick. The Misty Morn is perfect, but it's a full day boat. I'm looking for a half day boat that is closer to me than the atlantic highlands boats.

Sea Hawk sails a few different trips. Leaves out of Perth Amboy marina. Sails 7am till 2pm, and 3:30pm till 8:30pm on thurs-sundays.

Only half-day boats I know of are out of Atl Highlands.

Misty Morn does magic hout trips from 5-9 PM Wednesday thru Sunday.

They usually start fishing 15 minutes from the dock. I've done 6-7 magic hour trips with them so far this summer and have always come home with some fillets.
