I don't mean to complain, but I have to let this be known. I always have trouble either logging in or getting to my e-mail address here at Noreast. I love this site, but I've had to register under three different names just to gain access to the boards. I hate doing this cause it forces me into several positions I don't wanna be in.

First, I lose my previous identity on the board
Second, I feel like I'm "hiding"
Third, and mostly .... It's a pain in the backside!

What's up here guys??? Why such problems??

P.S. I just wanna be listed under my original moniker and I'd be happy to let an administrator know what that was by e-mail, phone etc. unless they want me to post it here on this thread....

I can`t receive e mail on this site for about 3 or 4 months. I can send ok. I have e mailed noreast and even called their office on the phone.
I have left messages on the live help line. Nothing works. Any ideas?

Give the Noreast a break. We pay nothing for their weekly magazine. We pay nothing to use this website. How can you seriously expect to make demands when you are a guest here for free? If you paid $$ for something and didn't get it that's one thing, but if you are being offered something for free and it doesn't work exactly as you hoped, how dare you complain????? 99.9% of the visitors here have no problem with any of the functions on this website. That increases the likelyhood that it is your own computer system or how you are using it that is to blame. But even if it is a defect in this site, you have no right to complain. Obviously you still enjoy using this site for free otherwise you wouldn't be reading this right now.

Anyone that?s having problems with the site please email me directly at [email protected] and we?ll get to the bottom of it one way or another. Or if you prefer I can be reached at 631-863-0170 weekdays between 9-5. And if I?m not in ? it is fall you know ? one of our programmers will be glad to assist you.

Each and every feature on our site, which is now over 10,000 pages of fishing, has been written from the bottom up by our in house programmers, and from time to time errors will occur, but we always manage to correct it.
