Just found this site, not sure what took me so long.

Anyway, building a Gusa Wahoo Jr., conventional wrap, 1 -#16 stripper, 7 -#12s, Amtak titans. Main use tuna jigging. Can anyone give me ballpark guide spacing (or any other input?) Just want to compare to what I came up with. Pretty impressed with this blank so far.

i use a 20 stripper on most of the rods
7 sounds about right
i also use the NIC on those blanks

Meant to type #20 for the stripper., my error.

Would you set the first guide 4 or 4.5 " off the tip?

B/C of the parabolic curve, (that I'm not used to), just wondering on the guide placements. BTW, Paul, bought the guides and blank from you a few months back, so any "tips" on set-up are appreciated.

i just went down and measured this
it from the tip 5 1/2 -6 1/16 -6 1/2- 7 - 7 3/4- 7 7/8

we used this friday in capemay..worked great..as usual
