Returned to the scene of the crime this morning and found the bass were still around! I brought along two friends - Brian and Walter and we found the bass right away. We fished from 5:30am - 8:30am. The bass were again crashing top water plugs - what a rush!!! The fast and furious action only lasted for about 30 minutes. When it was all said and done I caught a 40 inch bass, 35 incher, 34 incher, 32.5 incher, and a 25 incher. My buddies also nailed some nice bass as well. I had the fortune of fishing with Lou (aka Redhawk) and he caught several keeper bass as well. Lou lost a big bass that busted him off - drag was screaming on that one! When that fish hit it had all of our attention!!!! It was great to talk and fish with you Lou! I hope to run into you again!
