GREEN WATER

What's everyone's take on the green water offshore this year. Been fishing offshore of Shinne**** for last 15 years and have never seen it so bad. Seems to stretch all the way to the edge. Threshers don't seem to mind, but the rest of the pelagics (shark & tuna) for the most part stay clear. Any thoughts on why, and is relief in sight....

LATELY, AS FAR AS THE SHARKING GOES, HOT SPOTS SUCH AS TH YANKEE, LILLIAN, GLORYHOLE, MONSTER LEDGE AND VICINITY, HAVEN'T HAD MUCH ACTION. I HAVE FISHED ALL OF THESE SPOTS THE PAST 3 WEEKS, WITH ONLY ONE BLUE SHARK TO SHOW FOR IT. SEEMS THAT THE COOL, CLEAR WATER IS EAST, THATS WHY I HAVE CHARTERED A BOAT OUT OF THE HAMPTONS THIS WEEKEND. THE CAPT HAS REPORTED GOOD ACTION 30 MILES SE OF SHINN INLET.
