Get a crab house and got to your local seafood store ask for a 1/2 bucket of fish scraps..They will give em to you for free..Then drop your house filled with fish scraps off the docks in shinne****..If they they are there they will fill your house in a matter of hours..They are there usually late oct early nov..I dont know how long they stay around for..
