I fished this morning during the flood tide. The plan was to go with a bucktail the whole time. After an hour someone flipped the switch and the bass were feeding! I ended up catching four keepers and two shorts. Keeper size bass were 43 inches, 41.5 inches (pic below), 34 inches and 31. No blues showed. What a fun morning with some nice size fish!.
I had to leave while the fish were still biting because I had to carry out my role as a farmer driving the hay ride tractor for my kids preschool Harvest Party. Question - back in the 80's, who was that WWF wrestler that wore the bib overalls? That's who I felt like!
