How do you like your Arima. I saw it at the boat show and fell in love. I went out to Southhold to check it out. I was all set to buy the 21 Sea Ranger Hard top until my wife talked me out of it. We ended up putting a deposit on a 26 Robalo. I still like the Arima. How does it perform? How is the ride? Is it dry? It looks like it's the perfect family boat.

Thanks for the detailed reply. It is very generous of you to offer us a ride. I am really impressed with the fuel economy of the Honda 4 stroke. You're really lucky that you have a boat that makes you and your family happy. I cannot even begin to express the disgust I have for the boat that I'm trading in for my new boat. I wonder why Arimas aren't more popular?

You're not gushing at all. Look how everyone reveres Parker. Boats are a cult. No question about it. Why not? Shouldn't you be proud that you have a safe and secure boat under your feet. I'm not revealing my current boat until it's out of my life. It's like a bad marriage, it aint over till it's over.

Quality is most evident with boats. Arimas cost a few grand more than comprable boats. An Arima is several thousand more than a comprabale Pro-Line or Striper Sea Swirl with good reason. There is no such thing as a price built boat. If a boat is low end, such as a Bayliner, there's no way you're getting quality. For new boaters this becomes evident in a 3 foot chop.
