I've been reading some of the older threads on this board and have found the thread on "blackfish" to be extremely helpful. It was so useful that I read the entire thing and edited it to my liking. At the end of it, I ended up with somewhat of a treatise on blackfishing with the following sections: General Tog Info, Where to catch 'em, When to ..., How to.... even a section on ALL you EVER wanted to know about crabs for blackfishing.


BTW... the blackfish thread was a 90 pg document in Word. I edited it down to about 30 pgs - chock full of good info for the tog lovers.

Hey CoolAngler, that sounds like a great idea. There are tons of topics here you could do that with. None as long as The Blackfish thread, but lots of helpful info on things from lines, fluke rigs, weakfishing, lure making, rods (Lami 114), reels, and many others. I wouldn't know where to begin, but put any specific term you are looking for into a search and you'll likely find volumes on it. I'll see what I can dig up and send you. Nice idea.
