I went to scout out Gilgo buggy acess road area and promptly found some guy with his Lexus burried to the frame blocking the road. The guy had didn't air down and had NO equiptment. State Poice pulled in behind me and I guess helped him, I left my truck at entrance and wakled to surf.. While walking the beach I did find something. Anybody missing some surf gear? Identify and I'll get it back to you.
