Gateway national recreational parking permits

when are they going to start handing out the parking/fishing permits for 2003,the new ones. if anyone heard of any thing ,please let me know....cat14361 {fort tilden,breezy point,sandy hook,floyd bennitfield}. thanks

I spoke to the rep. the other day and she said that they will be ready by Monday the 20. However, Monday is a national Holiday so I suppose that it will be tuesday before we know anything.
