Anyone try the new Bucara rods? I looked at them in the tackle shop this morning, felt good. I am looking for something around 8 or 9 feet for the VS 100 that I havent used yet ( been in the box since last year this time) and I was hoping for an opinion or two on them.

It is a very good rod if you dont mind all of them are 1 piece rod. I like the fast action of the rod of this one:
BR933S, 7'9" spin, 1 piece, 12-20#, Fast Med-Heavy for about $210.00. It cast very good on mono.

Hi Matty I have the 7'6'' casting rod and I love it but the biggest they make in the Bucara line is 7' 8'',don't ask me why..I know it doesn't make sense,but it true.As the rep from G-Loomis put it the Bucara Line are really Musky rods.

Yeah they looked nice on the shelf, I am looking for something small, it will either be this or "rogue" has some nice looking stuff.
