I am 22 years old and love to offshore fish. i have a 23 foot boat but not have enought cash to afford anything bigger. I was woundering if there was any one out there that might take me abord and head offshore. I will be willing to pich in for fuel and bait what ever it takes. If interested i have a 1400 acer orchard that my family ownes. I recive a few deer and turkey permits every year. I have been fishing out of 23 foot boat for over 10 years offshore. If you take good care of your boat and invest in the proper safety gear there is no reason you couldnt get into good shark fishing, and tuna action within an hour our two of the rhode island coast. we run out of westerly RI and can reach several areas within 40 fathoms that are very productive. you should keep any eye at the Mud hole in late august. this area is a short ride from point judith and offered school blue fin, Mahi and an occasional mako last year.
