First let me say what a nice job by togmaster at the bash. Everything was terrific, and it was nice to put the handles with the faces. I'll be speaking at the Freeport Show on Saturday the 15th at 10am. This lecture will be on Targeting spring Stripers. I'll get into day vs night, dawn and dusk, plugs, retrieve speeds, water temps, teasers, and give you info to find your own early seson hot spots. On Sunday at 11am I'll lecture on Plugging the Surf. I'll discuss how, when, and where to use plugs like darters, metal lips, bottle plugs, minnow style swimmers, and needle fish. I'll go over the ins and outs like retrieve speeds, castability, loading (I'll load a plug or two)and perhaps some techniques you havn't tried. Come on by my booth and shoot the fat. I also finally got my my June synopsis up on my site. Just click on my banner here at Noreast and go to reports. I believe we are in for the best season we have seen in quite some time!!

Your Reports

Bill,
I justed wanted to compliment you on your reports on your website. They are unbelieable! I visited for the first time a couple of weeks ago and read them in their entirety. Man, I learned a great deal. I think we all appreciate the time, effort and detail that goes into them. Someday...when funds allow, I'd love to charter your services and pick your brain. Until then, I know who to recommend to people interested in our sport. I look foward to your seminar on Saturday and hope to stop by your booth. I would love to speak to you about my favorite north shore estuary...I'm sure you've fished it.

tog.....

First and foremost, let me add my wholehearted thanks to the well-deserved, long list that has already been posted. Not enough can be said for the amount of work, time, effort and composure that it takes to run something like that. Add to the mix that it was a first time event, how quickly you put so much together and the level of success you achieved makes it even more appreciated.

second as far as quote:
but after meeting with bill and seeing his love for surf fishing he caught my eye
goes... you ain't seen nothing yet! I've never seen anyone speak as passionately, informatively and as entertainingly about anything as well as Bill W does! He's definitely a speaker not to be missed!
