Its always good to report on good days and bad days. Well this tournament wasnt so good for us. We ran out of the inlet, weather was great and got to our spot quickly. Set up in 240 feet of water. Water temp was 59 degrees. About 30 minutes in got our first blueshark. The rest of the day nothing exept one bluefish. our drift virtually stoped, no wind no nothing for 3 hours. We ran to another spot at around 3pm. 115 feet deep, 62 degrees. Imediatly bluesharks. Even had a double hook up at one point. Saw a mako cruise the slick but didnt take. Alot of life in the shallow waters also. Total for the day was 6 bluesharks to 140 pounds. Always great to be out sharking with everyone! Tournament was ran great again. Look for us at richies tournament and the freeport tournament!
