Fished up a really nice setup tonight at the marine park bridge. The reel is in bad shape, not in looks but the gears are shot. The rod is imaculate. Doesnt seem like it was down there for too long, maybe a few days at most based on the condition but I dont know how long it would take to show signs. If I would show you the setup you would never think it was underwater by looking at until you try turning the reel.

So if you recently lost a very nice setup at the marine park bridge let me know..

I rinsed down the reel, if anyone else has some tips how to keep this reel from getting worse please let me know.

It should, but its really a nice setup, the rod is in brand new condition, and the rod itself is a few hundred dollars. Marine park bridge is my local spot that ive fished for years, so ill be glad to help one of the locals out if I can.
