is the season open on both or not cant seem to get a difinate answer i need proof before i go been asking aroung no one knows nothing only heard about it here help i gotta know

Typicl idiot politicians. The last set of laws enacted last year states that fluke season doesn't open until May. The new law says that anytime is good for fluke. However this new law hasn't been enacted yet. It probably won't be enacted until June or so. Why bother.

Hi Canyonfvr,
DEC website is already updated. Effective 4/4/2003. That means as soon as the Fluke + Porgies are in,you can catch em,and keep em. (Keeper size of course!!!)
