After a little rain delay I left the dock and shot across to the other side. I dropped anchor on some sandy bottom and dropped the chum pot and hooked up with a 14 inch flounder almost immediately. Soon after I dropped another one it felt bigger. Then nothing for a long time. I got one more fish...my first sea robin of the year. Yay!!! I changed gears and headed to the middle for bass. I thought things would would improve when as I was reeling in my second bunker a pretty solid bass followed it up to the boat, but nothing touched any of the baits. Only five work days until my first vacation of 2015! Lots of fishing! Tight lines!
