Folks,
The past 8 years or so the flounder fishing took a nosedive... but I'll be honest with ya. There are flounder in our waters! You just have to work at it and you will find them.
As far as bait goes, I would take an assortment of bait (mussel, sands and bloodworms) and see what works best. As far as chum is concerned... There is nothing better than mussel chum to wake them up.
