After Easter service, I managed to get in a few hours in Jamaica Bay. Arrived at 4PM, and things were pretty dead until the bottom of the outgoing. Things turned on as the sun broke the cloud cover and continued for the first hour of the incoming. Managed 5 bass, 4 in the 28"+ range, and one runt. Kept a 30 incher (pictured) for the table. All others released. All fish caught on a Cotton Cordell yellow/white pencil popper. Lots of hits and misses as well. All in all- a lovely Easter Day! <like href="http://www.noreast.com/postedreports/view.cfm?id=207360" send="false" show_faces="false" width='layout="button_count"'></like> Easter keeper |
