Hit one of my favorite early season spots on Shinne**** Bay this morning. Fished from about 6:15 to 8:20. This was the top of the outgoing tide as dead high came at about 6 o'clock. Air temps in the mid 40's and there was a pretty stiff north breeze. Used a 4" storm shad for no bumps at all. I'll give it another try on Thursday morning and hope for better results.
