Hit last of outgoing on open beach. 2 foot surf, no sweep, very little weed with baby mussels on what was retrieved. tried clam and bunker, and bucktails, tins and rubber shad. not a hit. no one else on the beach as two guys left as we got there. we left at sundown after being "teased" by some diving terns right out front. whatever they were after was small as we could not spot any baitfish in their bills. another time...
