Grab your ultra light gear and get a fishing. White perch are in there usual haunts.. I hit up the Lindenhurst,Babylon and Oakdale tidal pools and was greeted with hungry fish. Took about a dozen home for the table. Deeeeeeeeelish. Used nightcrawlers and 1" white n motor oil mister twister grubs on a white jighead,1/32 i believe. The old guy crew was at Lindenhurst Taco Bell scoring and great seeing the Italian Stallions of fishing doing there thing. Also hit up Argyle for my quota of brown trout and they wer of the jumbo size. With the weather holding up its going to make for a fun spring...and one **** of a buggy summer. Already seen nymphs n flys about on those warm days we had.
