You will find fish in those areas. You just have to fish those areas a lot and find out which marshes hold more fish as compared to others.
Make sure you wear the correct dry clothes (drysuit or stockingfoot wader/dry top combo) at this time of the year at least until the beginning of June. Always wear a PFD no matter what.
