Wrecks

Go to a AWOIS data base
and enter the lat/lon of the area your are out of and get the cords and description of all documented wrecks, hangs, rock piles in you area then you explore
and find a good fishing spot.
And if you can get your hands on the blue book of hangs that may help.
Also the Charts of your area has popular fishng spots and wrecks listed.
Good luck

Welcome to the ASK THE PROS board on NOREAST.

Long Island sound is a very big area....are you fishing from the west end, or east end...Connecticut or Long Island shores. How big a boat?

Its easy to say to fish off Orient, to answer your question...Try to be more specific, so we can really narrow it down.
