I think there are at least two different types of Squid.
There are some pictures on the site of hook and line caught Yellow Tail Flounder but I believe this is very rare. NYS does in fact have a recreational size limit for Yellow Tail Flounder.

the "barracuda" you catch in your cast net are really Northern Sennet. You are also missing several other types of skate. AFAIK there are no blackfin tuna off of Long island. You are also missing Yellowtail flounder and Atlantic sole.
. You should start with baitfish, Then Game fish, then Predators. This might take you a while.
