If they are small your better off going to west marine or a local marine store an pick up a gel coat repair kit.
It has a broad range of colors and if you follow the directions it's not hard at all .

Thanks Surf Dweller, but is is new boat and the builder is going to reinburse me so i'd rather have a pro do it.
