if your refering to what wax to use for the furrule on a flyrod to avoid the evil sound of graphite eating graphite i use a bit of candle or bowstring wax makes it silky smooth....
you can get beeswax in any sewing dept. for like a buck or so(I use it instead of $4 dubbing wax). By the way, I thought you weren't supposed to lube graphite ferrules? Might want to ask in rod building forum.
