NEW YORK -- A New York City high school female English teacher has been charged with third-degree rape and endangering the welfare of a child for allegedly partaking in sexual intercourse with three male students.

Investigators from the office of Special Commissioner of Investigation Richard J. Condon arrested Richmond High School English teacher Janmattie Singh Thursday.

The arrest was the result of an investigation that concluded the teacher engaged in sexual intercourse with a 15-year-old male student at a Brooklyn location.

The office of the Special Commissioner also alleged that Singh also had sexual intercourse with the boy?s two male cousins, both 18 years old, at the same occasion, who were also students.
